The Dauntless is powered with a Mercury Saltwater 135 horsepower two stroke outboard engine. The hours are unknown but the engine is in good condition! Onboard the deck and upholstery are very clean with rod holders stationed throughout the boat for easy clutter free troll fishing. There are several rod holders for storing up to 12 rod a reels when not fishing. There is ample storage bins for life vest and other equipment. The boat has a bar-b-q gill that stores under the transom seat the bolts onto the railing for onboard food preparation. Two anchors are included and in good condition with ample chain and lines. At the helm the Captain has all the controls at his/her finger tips with a GPS Garmin 188C all in one unit (GPS/Fish Finder/Depth). While under operation, The Captain has a belt lip kill switch for use in an emergency situation. The Captains seat stores more equipment and the back flips forward to provide a Fight Chair position. Two extra fishing stools mount into several different slots on the bow and the stern for a fun day of fishing. Up on the bow there is a cooler seat mounted that will keep food and drinks cold for hours and while doubling as a padded seat. A bimini top is included and in great condition to provide shade while anchored. Turn up the Clarion stereo and with six speakers onboard, you can entertain and have you favorite tunes playing away. A two-way radio (ship to shore) radio is included and works very well. The 2004 galvanized steel trailer - included - is in need of a new wiring harness and a brake repair job. Overall this Boston Whaler 180 Dauntless is above average condition and ready for the season. T
he electronics package that includes: a Garmin 188C (one in all GPS/FF/Depth); a two-way Motorola ship to shore radio, and a Clarion stereo with 6 speakers all work perfectly.
The Mercury Saltwater 135 HP is in good mechanic condition but the decals are peeling away.
Two of the gauges have spider cracks and are difficult to read.
The interior (on deck) the condition of the upholstery and padding are in great shape without any visible tears or rips.
The deck is very clean and the boat as always been stored with the full canopy in place.
The total boat canvas is in really good condition and the seller has always placed the canvas on the boat when it is stored.
The seller had sand bags made up to keep the tarp in position and the sandbags are included with the boat. The hull is in really good condition and there are no visible signs of damage to the gelcoat.
Very nicely maintained boat.
